Hillary has been reported to follow a diet in the book Eat Fat, Get Thin!

It was created by Dr. Mark Hyman, and promotes a high fat diet plan.

Dr Hyman is the director of the Cleveland Clinic Centre for Functional Medicine, and founder and director of The Ultra-Wellness Centre.

The book is described as a “revolutionary new diet program based on the latest science showing the importance of fat in weight loss and overall health, from New York Times #1 bestselling author.”

In the book the doctor claims many people have tried many diets, many of which focus on cutting out fat.

However, he claims the key to really keeping weight down is eating low sugar and high fat.

This sort of diet follows a lot of the same principles as the keto diet.

He claims eating more fat can actually help you lose weight.

Followers eat coconut oil, avocado and the doctor puts butter in his coffee.

He claims that it is carbohydrates that make people overweight, not fat.

The one-time presidential candidate has revealed what she ate on the campaign trail in 2016.

She detailed it all in her book What Happened, published last year.

Hilary eats eggs from breakfast, writing in the tome: “Usually I opt for scrambled egg whites with vegetables.”

She also woke up with a coffee and lots of water.

On the trail Hilary took a nutritionist with her, who cooked her meals on flights.

They included salmon salads, and “brownies made out of chickpea flour.”

Hillary Clinton’s Gutsy Women book was blasted this year for the omission of one particular British figure. 

The US politician did not include Margaret Thatcher in the book.

The wife of former Tory MP Neil Hamilton told ITV Good Morning Britain that Margaret Thatcher “turner the UK around” and should have been in Chelsea and Hillary Clinton’s book.

Mrs Hamilton said: “What planet is she living on?” She said: “It’s Hillary Clinton’s book so she is entitled to do what she likes with it, fine.
