Fans claim Meghan ‘has lost a lot of weight’ as she shows off fantastic figure

Meghan Markle attended a New York City ceremony on Tuesday evening where she wore a very form-fitting gold dress designed by Johanna Ortiz. The dress originally had straps, but the Duchess of Sussex altered the gown to remove the straps for the event.

Royal fans immediately noticed that Meghan had lost weight from her other recent appearances.

Twitter user @Lars9596 said: “Is Meghan losing more and more weight?”

Similarly, @Serendip_kismet wrote: “Wow, they look stunning in this picture.

“This is my favourite look that Meghan has worn. She is back to pre-baby weight. Good on her.”

Royal watcher @bronwenlthomas commented: “Meghan has lost a lot of weight!”

The Duchess has always been known to have a healthy diet.

For instance, during past interviews and on her former lifestyle blog The Tig, Meghan opened up about her love for vegan/gluten-free food, oatmeal with banana, hot water and lemon, homemade pasta with parmesan cheese, and roasted chicken.

Behavioural expert Darren Stanton previously told “Meghan dines on pasta and plenty of parmesan cheese, especially homemade dishes she can conjure up herself in the kitchen, the recipes of which she previously shared on her blog.

“Meghan seems quite adventurous and she displays this during the time she spends in the kitchen.

“She’s passionate about creating and trying out different meals – showing she is open to new opportunities and change.”

But ultimately, according to the expert, the Duchess is “conscious of the food she eats”.

Darren explained: “Conscious of the food she eats and wanting to adopt a healthier lifestyle, like many in California, it’s said Meghan eats both vegan and gluten-free meals during the week.

“At the weekend, she’s happy to push the boat out and indulge in things she would usually avoid.”

According to the expert, this ability for compromising in her diet is a positive trait that Meghan possesses.

Darren claimed: “This ability to relax typical habits demonstrates her ability to be flexible and have fun while still maintaining discipline.

“This idea lends itself to her personality where Meghan has a sense of seriousness about her.

“But at the same time is not afraid to let her hair down – and we see snippets of this when she is pictured laughing and joking alongside Harry.”

The expert also opened up about Prince Harry’s diet changes since he moved to America.

Darren suggested: “In recent years, it’s reported Harry has ditched junk food, including pizza, and is now embracing the Californian lifestyle by eating healthier foods, like plenty of fruit, and sipping on green smoothies.

“Harry’s change in diet could be indicative of Meghan’s influence on him within their relationship to be more adventurous.”
