Exactly how is Adele thought to have lost weight?
A source told People magazine the star cut her calories to 1,000 per day to shed the weight.
She also drank a green juice daily to nourish herself.
The source said: “She got to the point where she didn’t feel great. She knew she had to change something, because she wants to be the healthiest mum possible.
“Her whole focus during the weight loss journey has really been all about how she can be healthier and how can she treat her body better. It was never about losing weight.”

A trainer has revealed Adele she gave the singer a joint workout alongside Robbie William’s wife Ayda Field.
She said: “When she came for a work out I didn’t know it was her and when she left I thought “Oh it looks a little bit like Adele.
“She looks amazing – she’s changed her lifestyle and diet.”
Trainer Camila Goodis claimed diet accounts for 95 per cent of weight loss, and exercise five percent.

Adele has alluded to her new lifestyle on Instagram, although she has yet to talk about her weight loss publicly.
However, she wrote an Instagram caption in October that read: “I used to cry but now I sweat.”
She is thought to have followed the Sirtfood Diet, which dieters claim can help with fast weight loss while also preserving muscle.
The diet involves two phases, the first of which lasts a week and sees dieters eat 1,000 calories a day and drinking a juice made from kale, celery, rocket, parsley, green tea and lemon.
Phase two lasts a fortnight and is a maintenance phase. Dieters still drink the juice, and eat recommended foods such as dark chocolate, apples, citrus, capers and red wine.
Renée Zellweger’s weight loss has seen the actress go through somewhat of a transformation, too.
She has slimmed down and put on weight numerous times for various movie roles, including Bridget Jones.
According to the MailOnline, Renée followed the Zone Diet when trying to bounce back into shape.
The diet is a plan which requires slimmers to watch how much of each food group they consume at each meal, according to Healthline.com.
