Ark Foods Cauli Mac and Cheese

The internet is already blowing up over this new addition to Whole Foods’ roster of tasty packaged vegan meals. This microwavable macaroni and cheese is made with cauliflower florets and a smoky cashew-based sauce for a creamy and convenient meal that only tastes indulgent. Each package has only 140 calories, 3.5g fat, 16g carbs, and 7g protein, making it a healthy side dish to almost any meal.

Dream Oat Beverages

The St. Louis-based non-dairy milk company has released a line of oat beverages, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! Unlike many of the other dairy-free milks out there, Dream makes their oat beverages with just a few, simple ingredients. Plus, they are fortified with Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and Calcium—nutrients that can be difficult for vegans to obtain otherwise.

You can find these oat beverages in Original, Unsweetened, Vanilla, and Chocolate. The original flavor has 53 calories, 1g fat, 9g carbs, 0.5g protein, 1g fiber, and 6g sugar.

365 Nut Clusters

Say hello to your new favorite desk snack! These nut clusters are a great way to help practice portion control while filling up on heart-healthy fats during that midday slump. They’re offered in pistachio and blueberry varieties. The blueberry flavor has 150 calories, 9g fat, 1g sat fat, 14g carbs, 2g fiber, 8g sugar, and 4g protein for every six-cluster serving.

Ripple Dairy-Free Pea Milk

Pea milk isn’t just for adults anymore, thanks to these cute, portion-controlled milks for kids from Ripple. Kids can enjoy all the richness of milk with a major calcium boost—Ripple milks have 50% more calcium in one cup than a glass of 2% milk. You can find these miniature cartons in Original, Vanilla, and Chocolate—the latter two contain 40% less sugar than regular flavored milks. Plus, they are a great source of Vitamin D, iron, and protein. What’s not to love?

Whole Foods Kettle-Cooked Nuts

With names like Butter Toffee Pecans, Cacao Nib Cashews, and Blueberry, Cranberry, and Quinoa Cashews, we’ve got to get our hands on these ASAP. These would also make a great snack to stash in your desk at the office—just make sure to stick to the serving size so you don’t accidentally overload on sugar!

Mt. Olive Organic Pickles

Oddly enough, organic pickles can be pretty tough to come by—until now. The popular Mt. Olive pickle brand has released a line of organic pickles now available at Whole Foods. Now you can find organic Kosher Dill Spears, Kosher Baby Dills, Kosher Dill Sandwich, and Bread and Butter Chips to pair with your favorite sandwiches—or to eat straight out of the jar.
