If the sweet, warm, crunchy cereal was a more frequently used ingredient, the world would be a much better place. That’s why we created these super easy, 3-ingredient White Chocolate-Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bars using Pampered Chef’s Snack Bar Maker (read all about this amazing pan here). Don’t worry if you don’t want to shell out the $25—you can get a cheaper alternative on Amazon OR you can forgo the special pan and make White Chocolate-Cinnamon Toast Bark instead. Truly, the sky’s the limit when it comes to these homemade candy bars. 


  • 3 1/4cups white chocolate chips (reserved)
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

How to Make It

Step 1

Melt 3 cups white chocolate in double boiler or microwaved in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals.

Step 2

Add cinnamon; stir to combine. 

Step 3

In a 12-well silicone snack bar pan: Place 3-6 cereal pieces in each well. Spoon chocolate over cereal. Immediately place 3-6 more cereal pieces on top of chocolate. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips evenly over the wells.

Tip: White chocolate hardens quickly, so act fast as you’re assembling the candy bars.
