Season shrimp w/ salt and pepper.Heat a large saute pan over med-high heat.When pan is hot, add olive oil to coat panAdd shrimp and saute quickly until just starting to turn pink, put not cooked through.Remove from and set aside.Add onions and cook about 3 min, just until they begin to soften.Add garlic and cook another 30 sec.Add lemon juice, white wine and stock, then reduce by 2/3 for about 5 minute.Add shrimp back to the pan and swirl in butter.Finish w/ parley and check seasoning.Garnish w/ lemon slices and serve over angel hair pasta.Source: Read Full Article
