  • 14 teaspoonlemon, powder
  • 4 tablespoonsshiitake mushrooms, powder
  • 8 tablespoonsHungarian paprika
  • 2 tablespoonscornstarch
  • 4 tablespoonsbeef, powder
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce, powder
  • 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce, powder
  • 2 tablespoons chinese red chili pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoonscelery powder
  • 12 tablespoonturmeric
  • 14 teaspooncitric acid

  • Directions

  • Grind white peppercorns, red bell pepper flakes and into a powder.
  • Grind onion flakes to a 1/8" mince in a coffee grinder.
  • Combine all ingredients with 2 Tablespoons of Killer Hogs Steak Rub© and store in a sealed container in a dry space.
