Sake Soy Guacamole

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe medium avocados, pitted
  • 1serrano chili, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2tablespoonsfresh lime juice
  • 1 12 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1 12 tablespoons finely grated ginger
  • 1tablespoonsake
  • 2tablespoons minced fresh shiso, leaves*(optional)
  • 1tablespoon finely chopped green onion
  • 1tablespoontoasted sesame seeds
  • DIRECTIONS

  • Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork (leave slightly chunky). Stir in all other ingredients except sesame seeds. Sprinkle with the seeds.
