    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Mix together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.
  • Place Chiles in a single layer on the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
  • Top Chiles with grated Jack Cheese.
  • Top Jack Cheese with Cheddar Cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture all over the top.
  • Bake for 35 -45 minutes, bake until it’s no longer jiggly.
  • Cut into squares and serve with warm corn tortillas.
