4kiwi fruits, peeled and quartered
1cupplain 2% yogurt (substitute vanilla yogurt)
1⁄2 cupalmond milk
1scoopprotein powder (of your choice)
2tablespoonsagave nectar (to taste)

In a small skillet over medium heat, toast wheat germ for about 2 ½ to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat to cool off.
In a jar of a blender, combine kiwifruits, raspberries, apple juice, yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, agave nectar and 1 ½ tablespoons toasted wheat germ; process until smooth.
Pour in glasses and sprinkle wheat germ on top. Makes 5 cups.
