DIRECTIONS
Melt 2 sticks of butter on a plate for 30 seconds in mircowave.Mix melted butter and 1/2 powdered sugar until mixed.Add 1 tsp of vanilla and 1 tsp of almond extract and mix.Add 1 3/4 cup of flour and mix.Add 1/2 cup of pecans and mix.Roll dough into small balls on a pan with parchment paper or non-stick spray.Bake in oven on 350º for 30 minutes.Once out of the oven let cool for 10-15 minutes.While still warm roll them in powdered sugar and cool.Let them cool for 30 minutes and roll in 2nd coat of powdered sugar.Sprinkle powdered sugar over all cookies and your done.Source: Read Full Article
