    DIRECTIONS

  • Melt 2 sticks of butter on a plate for 30 seconds in mircowave.
  • Mix melted butter and 1/2 powdered sugar until mixed.
  • Add 1 tsp of vanilla and 1 tsp of almond extract and mix.
  • Add 1 3/4 cup of flour and mix.
  • Add 1/2 cup of pecans and mix.
  • Roll dough into small balls on a pan with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
  • Bake in oven on 350º for 30 minutes.
  • Once out of the oven let cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • While still warm roll them in powdered sugar and cool.
  • Let them cool for 30 minutes and roll in 2nd coat of powdered sugar.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar over all cookies and your done.
