  • 4 frozen corn on the cob (Niblett’s, thawed)
  • 2tablespoonsmayonnaise
  • 1teaspoonfajita seasoning mix (or your preference)
  • 12 cuppanko breadcrumbs
  • cooking spray

    DIRECTIONS

  • Lightly coat the corn with mayonnaise.
  • Season with fajita seasoning.
  • Sprinkle generously with panko.
  • Lightly spray the entire corn with oil.
  • Place on a rack in your air fryer (or regular oven, but you will have to increase the cooking time).
  • Air fry @ 350F for 5 minutes, flip and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
