Measure and combine dry ingredients (Flour, Sugar, Salt). Sift to mix thoroughly.
Combine eggs, butter, half & half, and vanilla. Mix briefly with a hand whisk to combine completely.
Add dry ingredients to pasta machine.
Turn machine on for normal pasta cycle.
Add wet ingredients through the lid as normal.
Extrude, cut, and immediately place on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes or until slightly toasted edges to preference.
NOTE: Dough must be slightly crumbly for the extruder to work properly.If dough is too runny and does not produce a manageable extrusion, you will know because it will extrude very quickly. In this case, return any extruded dough to the machine and add a tablespoon of flour and a tablespoon of powdered sugar. Restart the machine from the beginning to mix. Repeat as many times as necessary until you have a proper consistency.
