  • 12of a Hass avocado
  • 1 (6ounce) can sparkling water
  • 4 leavespeppermint
  • Directions

  • Muddle the mint in a shaker with the cucumber and avocado.
  • Add the rum to the mixture, put ice and shake everything.
  • Serve in a Collins glass and fill the glass with sparkling water.
