In non-stick frying pan, on low-medium heat, pour in the vegetable oil spread and olive oil and mix and let it heat a little on the pan. Next, pour in the shredded mozzarella cheese and let it melt. Takes about 4 minutes.
Using a spatula pour the melted cheese into a serving plate and sprinkle lemon juice and lite salt. Eat it while it’s hot! When the cheese gets cold it does get hard to chew.
